The 2020 vintage of Il Cuore ‘The Heart’ is a 100% varietal Cabernet Sauvignon wine. This wine shows the classic structure of Cabernet Sauvignon in the mouthfeel, and floral scent in the aroma. Barrel aging occurred in neutral 60 gallon oak cooperage allowing the wine to develop complexity yet not be dominated by aggressive oak flavors.
